David Bernhardt

Secretary Bernhardt served as the 53rd U.S. Secretary of the Interior (2019–2021), overseeing federal land management, natural resources and permitting frameworks across the United States.

He previously served as Deputy Secretary and Solicitor of the U.S. Department of the Interior, making him the only person in U.S. history Senate-confirmed to all three of the Department’s most senior positions. He has extensive experience advising on natural resource law, regulatory strategy and government engagement.

Secretary Bernhardt currently serves as Founder and Chairman of The Bernhardt Group, a strategic advisory firm, and as an Independent Director of Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (NASDAQ: DJT), operator of the Truth Social platform.
