Chief Executive Officer

Casper is a critical minerals executive and Chartered Chemical Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in downstream processing, metallurgy and project development across the resources sector.

He has held senior leadership roles across the titanium, rare earths, vanadium and mineral sands industries, with expertise spanning metallurgical studies, process flowsheet development, pilot plants, feasibility studies, commissioning, operations and commercial strategy.

Casper is leading the Company’s mine-to-metal strategy, advancing downstream processing capabilities to establish American Tungsten & Antimony as a vertically integrated supplier of defence-grade antimony and tungsten products for Western markets.

Casper holds First Class Honours degrees in Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry and is a Chartered Member of IChemE and Engineers Australia.
